Dorothea Penman, MBA, is a Senior Vice-President and Director of NewLink Group Inc. In her business career, Dorothea's proven strength has been to act as a catalyst for change. This includes the strategic thinking, building team spirit and providing the structure needed to support and implement that change. She has a wealth of business and technology management consulting and implementation experience. Principal services include Program/Project Management, Change Management/Process Facilitation; Strategic Business/Systems Planning; Business Process Re-engineering; Information Technology Product Development & Innovation, Business/Information Systems Alignment.

Dorothea has assisted organizations in enhancing their ability to deal with the rapidly changing business environment, to maximize results from information based products and services, to recognize and resolve operational and organizational problems, and to revamp and implement business processes and systems. Many of the solutions have been in the forefront of emerging technologies.

Previously, Dorothea was President of an independent consulting firm, Vice-President of Canada Permanent Trust, and held several senior management positions with Suncor Inc.
